This design has a white background with a fade into a blue center with a red and orange gradient balloon with strings that weave in and out down to text. This gives a very fun and exciting feeling to the requested person. The text is black, white, and yellow with designated areas to say the requested person's name, happy birthday, and your unique best wishes.
